Returns & Refund Policy

The 30-day window

You may return any piece within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original box. Live with it, look at it, try it on — just keep it unmarked by daily wear.

How to start a return

Email hello@lamodaleather.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with a return authorization and the return address for our workshop in Istanbul.

Who pays what

• Change of mind: you pay return shipping; the original outbound shipping fee (when one was charged) is not refunded.
• Our error — faulty, damaged in transit, or wrong item: we send a prepaid return label and refund or replace in full, including all shipping.
• Exchanges (size or color) are free — we ship the replacement at no charge.

Refund timing

We inspect returns within 2 business days of arrival and issue the refund to your original payment method the same day. Depending on your bank, the money appears within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge any time before your piece is dispatched — normally a two to three business day window. Email us and we cancel and refund the same day. Once it has shipped, the order follows the normal return rules above.

Damaged or wrong item

Photograph the piece and the box within 7 days of delivery and email them with your order number. We answer within one business day with a prepaid label and your choice of replacement or full refund.
