Leather Crossbody Bags

Crossbody is the largest part of the collection: flat envelope shapes that hold a phone and a card case, woven camera bags with room for a day's carry, and saddle shapes in between. Straps are adjustable, and on most pieces the strap is cut from the same vegetable-tanned hide as the body, so it wears in at the same rate.

The leather is full-grain — the top layer of the hide, kept whole and uncoated — which is why these bags start matte and gain a shine where they rub. Around half are woven by hand, narrow strips worked across the panel in the Istanbul workshop rather than pressed by machine. Every seam is hand-sewn, and the stitching is guaranteed for life.
